our Funeral Home and Cemetery. If you are considering a traditional funeral, you should know
that there is a wide range of choices available to you.
$1,995 Complete Funeral Package
Professional Services of Funeral Director and Staff, Standard Embalming, Other Preparation of the Deceased, Transportation from place of death to Funeral Home, Same Day Visitation and funeral service at funeral home, Funeral Coach, Social Security Notification, Preparation of Death certificate, Choice of high quality, standard size, non-protective 20 gauge metal casket from funeral home's selection. Funeral Home will publish the obituary on the world-wide web.
All other Merchandise, Cash Advances, Cemetery Charges, Newspaper Obituary fees and applicable sales tax will apply at regular retail prices. Some restrictions may apply. Please obtain and complete a Planning Form prior to the initial meeting. There are no deletions for this package. This package is not available for cremation services.
Standard embalming and cosmetology is included. Additional charges will apply for restoration work. An additional charge of $2.75 per mile for mileage beyond 25 miles of the funeral home will apply. Visitations and funeral services will be scheduled at our chapel, Monday-Friday 9 AM to 3 PM
(2 hour maximum), based on availability. Additional transportation charges of $400.00 apply for burial at a cemetery other than Highland Park Cemetery.

Professional Services of funeral director and staff, Embalming, other preparation of deceased, transfer of remains to funeral home from place of death, funeral coach, and service utility vehicle.
$3715 Chapel Funeral Package
Professional Services of funeral director and staff, Embalming, other preparation of deceased, transfer of remains to funeral home from place of death, facilities and staff for visitation, facilities and staff for funeral service, pall bear sedans, family limousine*, and service utility vehicle.
* Family limousine maybe omitted, deduct $250.
$3915 Church Funeral Package
Professional Services of funeral director and staff, Embalming, other preparation of deceased, transfer of remains to funeral home from place of death, facilities and staff for visitation, equipment and staff for funeral service at another location, pall bear sedans, family limousine*, funeral coach, and service utility vehicle.
* Family limousine maybe omitted, deduct $250.
Please note: on all of the packages above other Merchandise, Cash
Advances, Cemetery Charges, Newspaper Obituary fees and applicable sales tax
will apply at regular retail prices.
Package discount of up to $300 is available on Chapel Service, Church Service or
Graveside Service.
