our own on-site crematory. If you are considering cremation, you should know
that there is a wide range of choices available to you.
$795 Basic Cremation Package
Professional Services of Funeral Director and Staff, Obtaining necessary paper
work and permits, Transportation from place of death to Funeral Home, Crematory
Fees for Non Scheduled Cremation (For decedents over 299 lbs, an additional fee will be charged), Social Security notification. Preparation of
Death certificate, Care of Deceased until cremation process is completed.
All other Merchandise, Cash Advances, Cemetery Charges, Charges for certified copies of the death certificate, and applicable sales tax will apply at regular retail prices. Some restrictions may apply.
Please obtain and complete a Planning Form prior to the initial meeting. There are no deletions for this package. Additional charge for mileage beyond 25 miles will apply at $2.75 per mile. Includes sheltering of remains for 24hrs. $75 per Day after 24 hours for refrigeration if necessary.
$1,255 Direct Cremation without Memorial Service
Professional Services of Funeral Director and Staff, immediate Transportation from place of death to funeral home, Sheltering the Remains, Cremation fee, Medical Examiner Permit, Filing Veterans paperwork, Social Security Notification, assistance composing obituary and submitting to newspapers, death certificate preparation, Immediate Family Viewing/positive identification (30 minute maximum). Funeral Home will publish the obituary on the world-wide web.
All other Merchandise, Cash Advances, Cemetery Charges, Charges for certified copies of the death certificate, newspaper obituary fees and applicable sales tax will apply at regular retail prices. This Direct Cremation package does not include a memorial service.
$1,595 Direct Cremation with Memorial Service
Professional Services of Funeral Director and Staff, immediate Transportation from place of death to funeral home, Sheltering the Remains, Cremation fee, Medical Examiner Permit, Filing Veterans paperwork, Social Security Notification, Assistance composing obituary and submitting to newspapers and death certificate filing, Immediate Family Viewing/positive identification (30 minute maximum), use of facilities and staff for memorial service at funeral home. Funeral Home will publish the obituary on the world-wide web.
All other Merchandise, Cash Advances, Cemetery Charges, Charges for certified copies of the death certificate, newspaper obituary fees and applicable sales tax will apply at regular retail prices.
$2,795.00 Simple Service followed by cremation with rental casket
Professional Services of Funeral Director and Staff, Standard Embalming, Other Preparation of the Deceased, Transportation from place of death to Funeral Home, Same Day Visitation and funeral service at funeral home, Social Security Notification, Preparation of Death Certificate, Rental Casket, and Funeral Home will publish the obituary on the world-wide web.
All other Merchandise, Cash Advances, Cemetery Charges, Newspaper Obituary fees and applicable sales tax will apply at regular retail prices. Please obtain and complete a Planning Form prior to the initial meeting.
Restrictions:
Standard embalming and cosmetology is included. Additional charges will apply
for restoration work. An additional charge of $2.75 per mile for mileage beyond
25 miles of the funeral home will apply. Visitations and funeral services will
be scheduled at our chapel, Monday-Friday 9 AM to 3 PM (2 hour maximum).
$3905 Full Service followed by Cremation with Rental Casket
Professional Services of Funeral Director and Staff, Standard Embalming, Other Preparation of the Deceased,
Transportation from place of death to Funeral Home, 2 hour Visitation at funeral home (day or evening)
and funeral service at funeral home or church, Social Security Notification, Preparation of Death Certificate,
Rental Casket, and Funeral Home will publish the obituary on the world-wide web.
All other Merchandise, Cash Advances, Cemetery Charges, Newspaper Obituary fees and applicable sales tax will
